Licensee portal
Use the portal to apply for and manage your individual licence.
You can use the portal to manage a company licence.
IMPORTANT: In November 2025, REA upgraded the licensee portal. If you are an existing licensee portal user, you must use the personalised link sent to you by email from REA for your first visit to the upgraded portal. You must not log in using a link from any other person.
If you haven't received your personalised link, please contact licensing@rea.govt.nz and do not use the login below.

- Manage your licence only if you have already activated your details with your personalised link
- Apply for a new real estate licence
- Apply for access as a company officer to manage your agency
